What we collect on this website
This website has no forms and collects no personal data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records the technical browsing data needed to run and protect the service, such as your IP address, for no longer than necessary.
The guest guide
Guests who have booked receive a personal link to the house guide. To make it work we keep only the guest’s name, the apartment and the dates of the stay. This data is deleted after check-out.
Why, and on what basis
Guide data is used only to provide a service that is part of your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Technical data is used to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and the guide as a data processor. When you open a listing on Airbnb or Booking you move to their websites, which process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy notices.
Your rights
You may ask the controller at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
